Terms of Service

1. The service. SEVRL is a practice-management application for independent executives and consultants: client tracking, time allocation, deliverables, invoicing, and agreements. During the beta period the service is provided free of charge and features may change or be removed.

2. Your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address.

3. Your data. The clients, hours, invoices, agreements, and income you record belong to you. We access it only to operate the service, debug problems you report, or as required by law. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

4. Documents and signatures. SEVRL provides invoice and agreement templates and an electronic-signature workflow as tools. SEVRL is not a law firm and provides no legal advice; you are responsible for the content and enforceability of documents you send. Electronic signature records (name, email, timestamp, IP address, document hash) are stored as part of the signed record.

5. Payments between you and your clients. Invoices are instructions between you and your clients. SEVRL does not hold, route, or transmit funds and is not a party to those transactions.

6. Acceptable use.No unlawful use, no attempts to breach other users' data, no abuse of the service's infrastructure.

7. Availability and liability.The beta is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim (during the free beta: $0). We recommend keeping independent copies of critical documents.

8. Termination.You may stop using SEVRL at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing the beta, with data export available.

9. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
